The Bookerio plan grants you access to several privileges:

  • Reservation assistance for the restaurant of your choice
  • Access to flight or train booking assistance
  • Access to event booking assistance (after 72h trial)
  • Access to hotel reservation assistance
  • Reservation assistance for your taxi rides
  • Support and personalized assistance
Terms of the Bookerio VIP plan

The Bookerio VIP plan gives you access to several privileges:

  • Assistance with booking tickets for concerts, theatre plays, festivals, and VIP seats for football matches, tennis, F1, etc.
  • Reservation assistance for the restaurant of your choice
  • Access to flight or train booking assistance
  • Access to hotel reservation assistance
  • Reservation assistance for your taxi rides
  • Support and personalized assistance

Service Details

You can submit a reservation request for a restaurant, flight, train, event, hotel or taxi by contacting our team directly by phone or via the forms available in your personal account. After this, our team will call you back or send you a confirmation of your reservation, or provide you with the best available offers by sharing an external link to Bookerio so you can finalise your reservation.

Price of the service and the Bookerio plan

The Bookerio plan costs €0.10, including a 72-hour trial offer, then €39.00 per month if the account is not canceled within 72 hours after the purchase of the plan (billing occurs on the anniversary of the payment or on the last day of the month if that’s not possible). The payment for your plan will be made by direct debit and will contain the label Bookerio or Bookerio.io.

The Bookerio VIP plan costs €19.00, including a 72-hour trial offer, then €39.00 per month if the account is not canceled within 72 hours after the purchase of the plan (billing occurs on the anniversary of the payment or on the last day of the month if that’s not possible). The payment for your plan will be made by direct debit and will contain the label Bookerio or Bookerio.io.

The Bookerio plans can be canceled at any time and without conditions. Furthermore, the cancellation of your Bookerio plan is completely free.

Details of the Bookerio plan

Your plan has a duration of one month, automatically renewed at the end of the current plan period.

Your Bookerio plan is, of course, cancellable at any time and without any conditions. Nothing will be charged upon cancellation of your plan as it is entirely free!

To cancel your plan, simply go to the 'Cancellation' page and enter the email address you used to purchase your Bookerio plan. You can cancel your plan here.

Storage and Transfer of Information

Information will be stored on secure servers, monitored and maintained according to privacy protection measures. We may store or transfer information about individuals in the EU to servers located in countries deemed adequate by the European Commission, or to countries that the European Commission has not deemed inadequate, provided that these countries implement appropriate and adequate safeguards regarding the security of personal information.

Information is stored on servers only for the duration necessary to provide services and maintain the integrity of our databases. We will keep records of processing activities to demonstrate compliance with the EU GDPR.

Some services require the use of third-party solutions. When you are redirected from our site to a third-party website, you are no longer interacting with our site. Any information you provide through third-party websites will be processed in accordance with their privacy policy and other applicable terms.
